1. 연구의 방법과 범위

연구의 방법은 제 머리와 네이버와 지식백과에 찾아 썼습니다. 첫 번째 장에는 teeth의 Structure에 대해 썼고 두 번째 장에는 teeth의 kind에 대해 썼고 세 번째 장에는 teeth의 disease에 대해 썼다. 첫 장에는 teeth의 Structure에 대해 썼는데 teeth의 Structure는 tooth enamel. dentine. Periodontal ligament. dentalroot. crown에 대해 썼고 2장에는 teeth의 kind wisdomtooth. firstmolar. molars. premolars. canine. incisors. centralincisor. lateralincisor. firstpremolar. secondpremolar. secondmolar에 대해 썼다. 3장에서는 dental caries. Pulpitis. 마모증. gingivitis. malocclusion 등 teeth의 disease에 대해 썼다.

Ⅱ. teeth의 Structure

1. tooth enamel

tooth enamel은 teeth에서 가장 단단한 것이다 teeth외형에서 가장 바깥쪽을 구성하는 부분이고 우리 눈에 하얗게 보여지는 표면이고 단단하면서 매끄러운 표면을 가지고 있다. 하지만 단단한 이 tooth enamel도 산성에는 굉장히 약점을 가지고 있습니다. 충치로 인하여 tooth enamel이 무너진다면 회복하기가 거의 불가능 하기에 평소 teeth관리를 잘 해주어야한다.

2. dentine

dentine은 teeth의 대부분을 차치를 한다. 이가 시린 중상은 dentine이 외부에 그대로 노출되었을 경우에 나타나고 색상은 황백색을 뛰며 실제 우리 눈에 보이는 teeth색은 dentine의 색상이라고 생각하면 된다.

3. Periodontal ligament

Periodontal ligament는 teeth를 주변의 뼈와 연결해 teeth를 지지하고 유지하는데 필요한 역할을 한다. Periodontal ligament의 기능은 3가지 정도 있는데 물리적 기능과 형석 기능과 영양과 감각기능이 있다. 물리적 기능은 Periodontal ligament가 교합압을 치조골에 전달하고 teeth와 치조골을 연결하며 치은 조직을 유지시키는 기능을 수행하는 것을 말한다. 형성기능은 Periodontal ligament 내의 세포들은 백악질과 치조골의 형성과 흡수에 관여해서 생리적인 치아이동을 발생시키고 치주조직이 교합압에 적응되도록 하며 손상부분을 회복시키는 일을 합니다. 영양과 감각기능은 Periodontal ligament는 백악질, 치조골, 치은에 혈액 등을 통해 영양을 공급하고 림프기능을 수행하는 기능이다.

4. dentalroot

dentalroot은 teeth에서 백악질로 덮여 있는 부분으로 잇몸과 뼈 속에 있는 teeth의 부분으로 상악과 하악이 치조골 내에 심어져 있어 teeth의 고정. 유지시켜주는 역할을 한다. 길고 좁은 형태로 되어 있으며 육안으로는 보이지 않는다.

5. crown

crown은 teeth와 치근의 치경선부터 tooth enamel로 덮여 있는 부분이다 즉 자연teeth의 백악법랑질경에서 교합면이나 절단까지 tooth enamel로 덮여 있는 crown의 한 부분이며, 임상적 crown은 구강 내에서 육안적으로 보이는 teeth의 부분이다.
